I was pleased with the hotel's convenient location, close to our event and with a lot of great restaurants nearby. The room was ready early when we arrived at 9 am, which was a nice surprise. However, the cleanliness was subpar, especially the toilet. Overall, a good place to stay with some room for improvement.

The location was great, close to downtown Madison and with a nice running trail nearby, but the room overlooking the train track was a big downside, especially with the noise waking us up at 3 AM.
